8. Shipping Policy:

8.1 Shipping Destinations: We currently ship our jewellery to addresses India and select international locations including the United States. Shipping availability may vary based on serviceability.

8.2 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended to 7-10 days also, and customers may or may not be notified of any delays.

8.3 Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping partners include DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery for Indian & Global orders.

8.4 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are included in the sale price within India and in certain orders above a set threshold for global orders.. 

8.5 Estimated Delivery Time: We deliver through standard delivery and the estimated delivery time varies. Standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days depending on the shipping destination. For International orders (including the United States): 10–21 business days Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to external factors.

8.6 Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on the courier’s website.

8.7 Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. 

8.8 Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8.9 Shipping Updates: We will keep you informed of any significant updates regarding the status of your order, including delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process.

8.10 Shipping Insurance: All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. 

8.11 Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
